Free nationwide shipping is applied for orders valued at 1,000,000 VND or more. For orders valued below 1,000,000 VND or for bulky items, customers will be responsible for the shipping fee.

This policy does not apply to goods that are gifts or promotional items. Promotional programs cannot be applied simultaneously (except for the promotion mentioned in Section I of this policy). The highest-value promotion available at the time of transaction will be prioritized for the customer.

Delivery time within Hanoi’s inner city ranges from 3 to 48 hours from the moment the order is confirmed with the customer.
For COD orders in other provinces and cities, the delivery time will depend on the customer’s address. Our order processing department will inform the specific timeframe (on average 1–5 working days).
