Ejector Pins

Also called an extrusion pin. A pin within a mold to eject parts from the mold.
Since high abrasion resistance and toughness are required, the special tool steels with hardness of over HRC55 are used.
To avoid deformation of parts, it is recommended to eject over an area as wide as possible, but removal is better done by increasing the number of pins rather than enlarging an area per pin, because weight is distributed evenly over the parts.
The gap of the ejector pin hole also disposes air or gas left inside the mold to improve the material filling process.
